As the Vice President of Operations, I’m responsible for leading the company’s day-to-day operations while also helping drive strategic initiatives that support our long-term growth. I focus on areas like talent acquisition, employee engagement, and corporate strategy, making sure everything we do aligns with our company’s values and goals. In my previous role as Human Resources Director, I led efforts in recruitment, retention, and employee development, ensuring that the workforce was not only diverse and talented but also aligned with the company’s mission and values. I worked closely with leadership teams to define roles, improve performance, and foster a culture that prioritizes growth and satisfaction for everyone. I’m now applying that same attention to people and culture, combined with a strategic focus, to ensure the company operates efficiently and effectively. I’m also passionate about leading initiatives that enhance our brand, like social media strategy and the SkillBridge program, which helps transitioning military personnel integrate into our company culture. With a background built in HR, I’m committed to ensuring that our operations run smoothly, our people thrive, and our company grows in line with our long-term vision.
