The Transportation Design group is part of the Project Delivery Team within Public Works. We focus on Signal design, signal timing improvements, corridor improvements, intersection design, bicycle facility design, as well as pedestrian and safety improvements. The Community Design group is intended to provide an understanding and coordination of transportation and mobility projects within a geographic area of Denver. The group is the go to group that will be able to provide factual information on mobility projects as well as communicate the stage of projects, planning, design, and construction. Environmental clearance for corridor projects will also be led by the project development group. The team is a talented group of approximately 30 Transportation Professionals with a passion for improving the network within the City and County for all users.
