ABOUT EMILY GIRSCH

With a journey that began in 2002 as the Controller at LSB, I have had the incredible opportunity to grow within the organization. As of June 2023 through December 2023, I proudly served as the Interim President & CEO. My extensive experience includes roles as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since 2007 and Executive Vice President (EVP) since 2009. After 22 years with LSB, I have been fortunate enough to take on a new leadership role as the Chief Administrative Officer using my experiences to lead our Operations, HR, Legal, Marketing, Facilities and Corporate Strategy. I am excited to focus on improving our operational performance to achieve our corporate objectives.Throughout my tenure as CFO, I have played a crucial role in driving LSB\'s remarkable growth since my start in 2002. From $200 million in assets and 9 locations, we have expanded to an impressive $1.8 billion in assets, 17 locations, and have become a nationally recognized leader in the Banking as a Service (Baas) financial technology space. My educational background includes a degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa, complemented by an MBA from the University of Iowa\'s Tippie College of Business. These qualifications have equipped me with exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision, and a comprehensive understanding of our organization.
