Provide technical and analytical support for enterprise-wide HR operations support. Responsible for HR technology, business process optimization, data analysis and storytelling to enable HR operations. Function as a human capital management (HCM) subject-matter expert and business process analyst to champion effective and efficient HCM use with a continuous improvement mindset.Identify, recommend, and implement business process efficiencies. Using a technology first vision, enable Libbey to fully leverage HCM (human capital management) capabilities.Support HR statutory compliance and corporate policy and procedures to enable standard repeatable processes and where possible, technology aided administration. Function as point-of-contact for daily support of HCM modules for core HR, onboarding, talent and analytics. Serve as subject matter expert to end-users, addressing user questions and troubleshooting issues. Support user community via content documentation, materials, and delivery of training on effective and efficient use of HCM features, modules and best practice. Execute system enhancements, including new functionality rollouts and modifications of existing functionality including design, configuration, testing, implementation, auditing, troubleshooting, training, and compliance. Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data. Partner with key stakeholders to develop trend analytics, dashboards, and reports to inform business decisions and strategic plans. Recommend solutions using effective storytelling to support data. Support related HCM projects in coordination with key stakeholders and business partners. Ensure proper use, storage and transmission of sensitive employee data and actively participate in system and data quality audit and compliance activities.
