I currently work within the bid team of a nationwide social housing provider. The team is based in London but I work remotely via teams and online communications as well as travel to the office. I manage multiple projects in silo, delegating activities to team members and producing written content with support from internal corporate functions.During my time at MTVH I have been involved with several projects that have provided professional development opportunities including:• Content libraries – Formal review, rewrite, reorganisation and periodic updates to ensure standard information, diagrams and case studies are relevant and correct. • Lessons learnt/bid review process – Developed a document to track bid feedback in-bid and post award decision.
