I lead CPJ\'s work with young people. In this capacity, I direct the strategy for and manage CPJ’s online publication. With our publication I serve as an in-house editorial style guide consultant. One of my biggest achievements has been creating, piloting, and leading a bipartisan leadership development program for Congressional staff. As part of this work I oversee recruitment, curriculum development, seminar-style discussions, resource connections, and alumni events to foster leadership development among a bipartisan cohort of 10 early-career Congressional staff. I also publish 3 annual policy reports, recruiting researchers, overseeing the design team, providing extensive editorial guidance, and developing a paid and unpaid media promotion strategy. Lastly, I lead the internship program, recruiting interns and delivering leadership development seminars.
