I manage commercial properties and condominium associations within Southeastern Wisconsin, working with Boards, owners, tenants, and contractors to keep buildings running and projects moving. A lot of my day is spent untangling complicated situations, making sure people have clear information, and helping things get done the right way — especially when something goes wrong.I’ve worked in property management long enough to know that the buildings matter, but the people matter more. Whether it’s a long-term capital project, an insurance loss, or a day-to-day maintenance issue, I try to be the steady, honest voice that helps everyone get through it without things spiraling.I’m also active with CAI Wisconsin, where I serve as Chair of the Golf Committee and on the Program Committee, which lets me stay connected to the industry and the people who make it work.
