ABOUT EMILY EVANS MIMECHE
I am a Mechanical Engineer working as an Engineering Team Manager at GSK Barnard Castle. I have previously completed in the GSK Future Leaders Programme undertaking rotations as a Reliability Engineer, a Shift Engineer and a Plant Engineer at GSK’s Barnard Castle, Ware and Montrose sites respectively. I am currently working towards gaining Chartered Engineer status with the IMechE through the Monitored Professional Development Scheme and am on track to complete this by Q2 2024. I am hard working and passionate to take on new challenges within Engineering at GSK. Alongside my day job I am the Barnard Castle Site Lead for the Women’s Leadership Initiative which I am passionate about supporting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion throughout GSK and a Peer Protector supporting Metal Health and Wellbeing.
