Emily has an 9-year background in new construction sales, with 6 of those years working on-site with production builders, giving her experience in understanding site plans and development, blueprints, selection processes, build timelines, marketing strategies, and maintaining builder and customer relationships as well as effective communication throughout the build process. In Emily\'s last year on-site, she brought in over $40 million in sales value to the company, handling over 20 customers under contract at a time.Emily utilized her construction and development expertise to expand into working directly with builders and developers in 2020, with a focus on luxury new construction homes. She received the honor of listing Copper Builders\' first luxury new construction homes in their Raleigh division as they expanded into the Triangle market. Since then, Emily has grown to assist many builders and developers in bringing their visions to life and providing industry-breaking results through land development and listing luxury new construction homes. Emily excels at creating a vision for customers, allowing them to feel confident and comfortable investing in purchasing their homes prior to site development and vertical construction.
