Perseverance. A quality I’ve had since the very beginning. I was unexpectedly born 16 weeks premature. I spent the next 106 days fighting for my life in the NICU. But I wasn’t giving up.It took me 4 months of consistent job applications and interviews to finally land the job I wanted after grad school. As devastating as it was to get rejections and job offers that just didn’t feel right, I continued to fight for exactly what I wanted. My motto is to embrace life and all that comes with it. I find the positive in every day, because life is too short to not appreciate the little victories — especially in the workplace.
