My educational background includes an MBA as well as an MS focusing on ecology.

   I oversee client solutions at EarthSoft, managing and engaging with the entire group of project managers, systems analysts, developers within the integrated technical solutions team, and trainers. I create, cultivate, and maintain relationships with clients of major accounts, enabling me to recognize and act upon opportunities, both external and internal. I design and implement strategic processes for efficiencies, support, and problem-solving. I think quickly to solve issues and prevent future problems. I motivate project teams to provide quality work, and I recognize opportunities to further develop human capital, working with individuals to expand and reach their career goals. I establish regular channels of communication with a variety of stakeholders including other members of the executive group, as well as employees, and clients. I present ideas in front of both small and large groups, and I constantly strive for maximum engagement.
