   As a team member of JPT Architects for the last seven years, it is with great enthusiasm that I announce my integration into the CPL team as a Proposal Coordinator. JPT and CPL merged at the beginning of June 2024 and with it all of JPT\'s staff have been integrated into CPL among our respective fields. During my time at JPT, I served as the sole Business Development and Marketing Leader which entailed wearing many different hats. CPL has a very large and impressive Business Development and Marketing Department so specializing in a position to satisfy all of my interests and skills was challenging but I have found myself within the Proposal Coordinators team where I specifically focus on creating Healthcare proposals. I am still engaging in many business development tasks by keeping in touch with clients and attending industry networking events. Additionally, I have been working with the CPL Marketing team to integrate all of JPT\'s resources into CPL\'s system. I am so proud to be part of CPL and am thrilled to be on such a large team with so many talented and dedicated professionals. JPT will always be a part of who I am as I grew and learned with that company for the entirety of my professional career thus far but CPL is the perfect company for JPT to have merged with. Our values and culture are aligned as one with a strategy that will please our Healthcare clients as we bring them more capacity and resources with our designs.At CPL, Extraordinary projects are made from extraordinary relationships.
