ABOUT EMILY DAVIS
My passion is in creating high performing teams and developing leaders of the future. I’m also an excellent wingman who can be relied on to deliver in complex situations and during times of change. With core skills in operational management, project management, stakeholder management, budget management there is very little I can\'t handle. With a super strong global network inside PwC I normally know someone who can help if it\'s not me. My background is in politics and international relations and I\'m at my best when faced with a complex, multinational challenge that has no clear or straight path forward, where I get to collaborate and problem solve with others.I learnt to navigate complexity in my 11 years client facing specialising in managing and delivering change within large organisations, primarily in the public sector. I continue to feel passionate about public sector delivery and remember fondly the days spent with front line staff supporting them to upskill for the future and drive change programmes to achieve sustainable, long term benefits.I am passionate about supporting others and helping them to achieve their potential. This life is for living; let\'s make the most of it.
