I lead the South West Financial Services internal audit team based in Bristol. I am a chartered accountant and an experienced internal auditor, and specialise in running outsourced internal functions for mid-sized banking clients across the UK. I’ve had an interest in organisational culture since studying psychology at university and now support internal audit functions to review and report on culture to audit committees. I enjoy coaching and mentoring colleagues to help develop and shape their careers.
