Responsibilities include~• Development of programming, schematic and design development, space planning, specifications, construction documents and construction administration.• Collaborates with the Design Team Leader to develop the overall project interior design to address client\'s needs inclusive of budget, schedule and vision.• Initiates and creates interior designs and plans along with presentation material and design drawings for client meetings and presentations.• Responsible for finish material selections, preparation and presentation of finish boards and binders.• On FF & E projects, develops scope, selects furniture and products, cost estimates, specifications, contract administration and installation.
