In my role, I bridged the gap between the Marketing and Communications departments, ensuring a seamless message and consistent brand experience for our customers. As I nurtured the exceptional brand at Southwest, my aspirations evolved. Shifting from wanting to work for an outstanding brand, I now actively contribute to building them.
