About Emily Cole
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working in early childhood Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) using a naturalistic, play-based approach (NDBI). I support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills through child-led learning embedded within home, school, and community routines.I work closely with supervising BCBAs and caregivers by implementing treatment plans, modeling strategies during sessions, and supporting skill generalization across environments. I provide direct 1:1 intervention and collect data to guide instruction while keeping sessions engaging, motivating, and developmentally appropriate.I am currently working toward my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Building trusting relationships with the children I support is a priority for me, and I do this through structure, patience, and fun—because learning happens best when children feel safe and supported.
