Emily LoPorto is a highly accomplished marketing and real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in construction management, business development, and landscape architecture. She is an intuitive communicator with a gift for problem-solving, and she has the grit, determination, and attention to detail to manage intricate processes and ensure they run smoothly. As a marketing director in the construction industry, Emily is heavily involved in project acquisitions valued anywhere from $6M to $1B. She pioneers operational processes and implements best practices for diversifying the company portfolio and pursuing large-scale, private and institutional developments. She coaches and manages a range of personality types while balancing tight timelines and steering regional marketing efforts. Emily holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) and practiced for six years at several high-end design-build boutiques on the North Shore of Long Island before moving into construction management. Her education and career experience honed her eye for quality properties and equipped her with a vast network of industry professionals and invaluable knowledge about home construction, renovations, building materials, and more. Originally from Louisiana, Emily has lived all over the Gold Coast of Long Island for almost 20 years—including Lloyd Neck, Oyster Bay, Halesite, Bay Hills, and now Centerport with her three kids and their two cats and tree frog. She enjoys staying active and spends much of her free time doing outdoor activities like hiking and exploring beautiful Long Island.
