Develop pathways for customers to access employment support, debt/money management advice and housing advice through local organisations. • Develop campaigns with local partners to maximise effort in engaging hard to reach groups. Amended within 25% of original Community Support Employment Officer JD • Accept and positively participate in performance monitoring to ensure effective delivery of services and attainment of targets. • Lawfully share information and work with colleagues to ensure effective planning and delivery of outcomes. • Responsible for case-note recording, contributing to report writing and producing and storing management information. Ensure all work is recorded accurately, and in a timely fashion using agreed Systems.• Be able to work across sites and locations and co-locate with Department of Work and Pensions at the Job Centre Plus offices in both Clacton and Harwich.
