ABOUT EMILY CARTER
As a full-time Research Assistant in the Division of Biostatistics within the Department of Population Health Sciences at Weill Cornell Medicine, my research focuses on mental health and mobile health (mHealth). I conduct statistical analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions aimed at improving mental and behavioral health, particularly among older adults. Additionally, I examine sociodemographic and clinical factors, along with data passively and actively collected from commercial devices, to understand variations in treatment outcomes. I am also currently pursuing a masters degree in Biostatistics and Data Science at Weill Cornell Medicine, to further my knowledge on statistical and data science techniques to analyze biomedical and health data.
