Act as first point of contact for all HR related questions for employees for 70 retail stores nationwide. • Answer phone calls and HR support emails; update and maintain HRIS systems. • Process manual checks for employees throughout the country for missing hours or termination pay. • Comply and stay up-to-date with federal and state regulations concerning employment labor laws. • Manage the entire new hire onboarding process for 300 to 500 new employees a month; assist recruiting team with posting jobs and scheduling and conducting interviews; work with benefits consultant enroll employees in benefits and assist with open enrollment. • Run weekly I-9 audits using pivot tables and V-lookup in Excel to ensure I-9 has been completed for all employees.
