Hello! I’m an M.S. student in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Central Florida and a recent graduate of Florida State University, where I earned my B.S. in Psychology. I’m passionate about helping organizations create better workplaces by focusing on employee development, engagement, and performance.This past summer, I completed a Talent Development internship at ConnectWise, where I aided in colleague development initiatives by creating e-learning courses, facilitating leadership development sessions, and analyzing feedback survey data. Additionally, I have also worked as a Research Assistant in two academic labs, and as a Shift Leader at The UPS Store.I\'m excited to continue growing in the field of I/O Psychology and to meet others who share similar interests.
