I am a community college counselor and professor and a professional development expert. I specialize in training faculty, counselors, and trainers in the following areas: career counseling, MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory, effective teaching strategies, universal design for learning, and strategies to better serve equity students. I am certified to teach \"Training from the Back of the Room\" a two-day train the trainer program by Sharon Bowman. I offer standard and customized in-house trainings.As a community college counselor and professor, I have spent 11 years teaching and counseling students in the areas of career, academic and personal counseling. I have led several professional development projects, creating online resources and tools for faculty in addition to face-to-face training.
