   Mission Statement: Reimagining strategic growth through relational team transformation and opportunity.We work to empower and help organizations (primarily, but not limited to, Christian and ecumenical) to create work environments that seek to offer challenge, support, empowerment, and best practices for their employees. Utilizing the Enneagram, we help employees discover who they are and how they function in relationship, provide opportunity for growth and encouragement, and help the leadership understand how to support their employees in pursuing excellence in their work while achieving aggressive strategic plans. With a passion for helping Christian organizations see beyond faith as a qualification for good work, we seek to help these organizations learn how to uphold quality work, walk with employees who need to be challenged or need to be helped to find work that fits their gifts better, and find ways to build trust so the whole group can move forward to achieve the goals of the organization. Co-founded by Emily S. Bosscher and Nicole Saint-Victor, we bring a combined 40+ years of work in education and leadership, particularly in ecumenical spaces. Passionate about addressing areas of inclusion, diversity, and race reconciliation, we seek to focus our efforts on organizations who are ready to re-focus their DEI efforts and become a beacon of quality work and Christian values in their sectors.
