About Emily Blain

Kentucky girl, born and raised! Certain principles were drilled into me from a young age that still feed my fire. I was taught to work hard, work honest, and always go to bed feeling good about what you accomplished that day.That work ethic has spilled into every aspect of my life. I enjoy spending time with my family, trail ultra running, and scoping out the next problem to be solved at work.I enjoy cleaning up when it comes to e-commerce. Fixing what is broken, optimizing what is being under-utilized, and putting systems in place to lighten the workload. I prefer a business neat and tidy - building teams, clean SOPs, and a clear path forward.I started primarily focused on product development (CPG brand), and logistics. I enjoyed building something from scratch - working with labs, ingredient sourcing, stability testing, packaging to final product. This passion grew and grew. Most recently, I took that skill, combined with my passion for team building, systems and organization, to secure the position of COO. I developed the necessary leadership skills, built a killer team, cleaned up the budget and spend, and optimized our marketing efforts, earning myself the position of CEO.

   Currently overseeing every facet of the company. I manage our marketing team including paid media agencies, creative/copy efforts, and all marketing channels. I also oversee and manage all new product development, new product formulations, testing, packaging and launches. This includes current product inventory projections and forecasting.I manage all finances, budget, cash flow projections, new product budget proposals, AP/AR.I manage all team members, including hiring, firing, onboarding, bi-annual performance reviews, and setting clear expectations.I report to the co-founders on new product initiatives, finance updates, team/personnel changes and current marketing initiatives.
