ABOUT EMILY BEST
I am a friendly, task focused individual with a keen eye for attention to detail. Thriving for a challenge, I find that I am particularly skilled with problem solving and always face those with my attuned people skills. Alongside my Project Management role at Netcompany I also do work inside the Social Value, and Environment and Social Governance group, leading partnerships and communicating our UK successes at global group sessions. I am founder of Women in Netcompany, an ERG group with the mission to create a safe and empowering space and a community for women within the organisation. With my experience of founding and creating this ERG, I have also assisted in setting up ERGs, such as Neurodiversity, Multicultural and LGBTQIA+, whilst encouraging people to feel empowered to set up further ERGs. In 2022 I was a TechWomen100 Winner for my efforts in the ERG, EDI and Social Value space.
