Support the HR department in various daily functions such as onboarding, employee record management, and benefits administration. Along with assisting with recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and helping coordinate orientation sessions for new hires. This role has also given me valuable exposure to employee relations, compliance documentation, and performance review procedures. Additionally, I’ve collaborated with HR leadership on projects related to training, employee engagement, and policy updates. Through team meetings and networking opportunities, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of how strategic HR practices are implemented within the hospitality industry.
