About Emily Benz
I am currently the Project Lead for the 200mm NPI in the Materials Department at Wolfspeed. Previously at Wolfspeed, I have worked as a Process Engineer for 100mm LED, 150mm LED and worked as an Integration Engineer to ramp a new process. I also have experience as a Process Engineer at GlobalFoundries within the PVD Thin Films Module; Process Owner of Copper Barrier Seed Fatwire process. I graduated from SUNY University at Buffalo in May 2015 with my Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering and a minor in applied mathematics. There I was President of the student chapter of AIChE as well as being heavily involved in research of polymers.
