Responsibilities:• Lead display engineering and production, creative design, price negotiations, printing, and fulfillment to ensure the highest quality and service standards, utilizing scale and scope to ensure the best terms and efficiencies.• Direct point-of-sale and marketing services budget and vendor selection ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget with less than 5% out of stocks on priority items. • Grow partnerships with global suppliers and manage RFPs to get best service and price through open book costing exercises, ensuring goods are of highest quality and fit for purpose. • Provide customer-focused service to our global distributors and manufacturing partners in the UK, EU, Ireland, Australia, India, Indonesia, China, Taiwan, Shanghai, Bangkok, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and the Caribbean. • Lead research of industry trends and manage cross-functional project teams to promote brands across retail categories including independent and chain liquor stores, convenience stores, and grocery. • Directed new process and system development for 5 custom web-platforms that allow team leaders to order products and manage their division sales campaigns using pre-set templates for online catalogs, fulfillment, and marketing campaigns. • Created and executed stationary and mobile “Retail Theaters” to provide an experiential stage for internal sales team trainings and external customer presentations to demonstrate how to increase foot traffic, brand visibility, and impulse purchasing.
