At the end of the day, for me it\'s breaking down chaos to help teams develop solutions and achieve goals. Specifically at a software startup. I do this through developing processes to help automate and streamline data migration, onboarding project management, building and managing professional services, and building customer relationships. Working closely not only with team members, but contractors and our clients.When facing an issue, I seek to identify the pain points and the end goal, to allow for creative problem solving. When collaborating on projects, my method is to connect with those who are closest for the work to get realistic expectations, and commitments.
