Those who have worked closely with me would describe me as proactive, goal-oriented, passionate, and creative. I have experience in team effectiveness and leadership development, presenting, interpersonal communication skills and have been able to design strategic plans that develop into high performing teams. Working alongside the Kiefer Foundation for many years has given me the opportunity to educate individuals on the dangers and risks that come from using their phones behind the wheel. Being “highly” involved on campus has gave me many opportunities for leadership growth and has taught me to manage my time wisely and work diligently. I have a passion for producing content that has the ability to change tomorrow.
