I’m an Account Manager at Dexian, where I help businesses hire top talent and solve complex workforce challenges. I started my career in recruiting, which gave me a front-row seat to how candidates make career decisions—and what really moves (or slows) the hiring process. That experience, combined with my time at Dexian, allows me to understand both the candidate experience and what hiring leaders need when filling critical roles. Having sourced, interviewed, and closed candidates myself, I know what makes a placement stick. Today, I bring that perspective to my client relationships—communicating clearly, offering honest insight, and staying ahead of potential challenges. Beyond staffing, I also support clients with broader solutions—from IT and ERP initiatives to talent development and emerging AI capabilities—depending on what will drive the most impact. I don’t just focus on filling roles—I focus on understanding the bigger picture and bringing the right solution, whether that’s staffing, project support, or long-term workforce strategy.
