About Emily Rice
I am a senior student-athlete at Western Washington University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Communication Studies. As a member of the WWU Women’s Soccer Team, I have developed strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills in a high-performance environment that demands discipline, accountability, and consistency. Balancing rigorous academics with collegiate athletics has strengthened my ability to manage time effectively, work collaboratively with diverse teams, and contribute positively to team culture through reliability and a continuous improvement mindset. As I prepare for post-graduation, I am eager to continue building my skills, learning from experienced professionals, and making a meaningful impact within an organization. I am seeking opportunities where I can remain closely connected to athletics or pursue roles aligned with my passion for the outdoors. I am particularly interested in positions that combine marketing, brand development, and community engagement within sports organizations, outdoor brands, or active lifestyle companies, where I can grow professionally while contributing positive energy, creativity, and a strong work ethic.
