I am a Product Owner at NatWest, with over four years experience in the Financial Services Industry. I have worked on various projects, from end to end, from research, designing, testing, analysing and reporting. This has provided me with a wealth of knowledge about the industry, a range of management skills, a creative approach to problem solving whilst also being able to work well in a team and under pressure.I enjoy getting to know my customers, their needs and pain-points. I am well-versed in using Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics and Target to help me build, analyse and test my designs. Passionate about Sustainability, I was the Membership Lead for NatWest\'s employee-led network Sustainable Futures. I was also part of the team that developed and rolled out a training program for the bank\'s first Sustainability Champions.
