As Executive Director of Office of Equity and Fair Practice, I serve as the senior most equity leader within the organization and provide advise and counsel to the CEO and Human Resources on system-wide equity and inclusion strategy. In partnership with library leadership, I identify and address structural and cultural barriers to inclusion while supporting conflict resolution through education, coaching, and dialogue. I also serve as the Library’s Equity Coordinator for the City of Baltimore’s agency-wide equity initiative.
