My group builds and maintains internal web applications that power the Technology-Enabled Kitchen, guiding restaurant teams on what to cook and when through systems driven by machine learning forecasts and real-time production data.Own the company’s data, ML, and data science strategy up to the warehouse layer. Spanning data lake architecture, data modeling, orchestration, and integrations. This includes designing and governing the data models that represent our menu, products, operations, and transactions, and powering data-driven workflows across both restaurant and digital experiences.Oversee integrations with core vendor systems such as POS, back-of-house, and digital ordering platforms, ensuring data consistency and reliability across stores.On the customer side, guide the data and ML strategy that supports personalization, targeting, and offer optimization for our first-party and partner digital channels.
