A dynamic 501(c)(3) nonprofit with over $100 million in active operations, the Atlanta Police Foundation (APF) is dedicated to making Atlanta the safest large city in America by investing strategically in public safety infrastructure, technology, and community partnerships. As Program Manager of Strategic Initiatives, my primary focus is on the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center (APSTC) and supporting the integration of advanced technology for the Atlanta Police Department (APD).I manage the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact projects that strengthen APD’s operational capabilities. From supporting the development and activation of the APSTC to driving the implementation of next-generation tools and systems, I ensure each initiative is aligned with APF’s mission to enhance officer readiness, improve response capabilities, and foster safer communities citywide.In this role, I work closely with APD leadership, city officials, and private-sector partners to implement solutions that modernize training and operations. By aligning stakeholder priorities and applying strategic oversight, I help deliver innovative, scalable programs that optimize both operational efficiency and community impact.I also support APF’s broader initiatives—from Secure Neighborhoods to the @Promise Youth Program—by providing strategic insight and operational alignment, ensuring that every effort is data-driven, measurable, and designed for long-term success. Through strong partnerships and effective communication, I help position the Foundation as a national model for collaborative, technology-driven approaches to public safety.
