Ceiba\'s objective as an operating platform of Denham is to deploy capital in the Latin America region through a combination of M&A and Greenfield/Brownfield activities in the power generation space. Our focus in the region is on markets in which we see growing power needs and stable regulatory frameworks. We generally pursue opportunities both in the renewable and the thermal side of the business. Our focus on the thermal side is on gas and LNG exclusively.
