I enjoy spending time outdoors and with my close friends and clients. My hobbies include professional sports (football, baseball, and basketball), travel, and reading novels. We also enjoy exploring Chicago\'s restaurant scene, and I particularly love attending live concerts at venues like the Salt Shed or the Vic Theatre.People often ask about my career path, and it always leads me back to my university professor, Ronald Sweet. He was more than just a mentor; he was a transformative figure. Professor Sweet didn\'t just teach me the technical skills for my profession; he instilled in me the importance of empathy and community. His brilliance was matched by his dedication; he devoted half his career to serving others. Professor Sweet\'s unwavering care for others is something I carry with me daily, shaping my approach to my work and interactions with colleagues and clients.Currently I lead \"The Rios Group,\" a specialized team of advisors at Prudential. My focus is on supporting my community nationwide. I find the greatest reward in helping clients achieve their dreams, whether it\'s buying a home, starting a family or business, or securing their retirement. A particularly impactful experience was helping a family save for IVF treatment. We developed a customized plan, and as they saw progress, they gained the confidence to begin IVF and, most importantly, welcome their long-awaited child.
