In just two months, collaborated with Data Science, Design, Tech, and Engineering teams to define ingestion pipelines, taxonomy, a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) framework, and a user-facing chatbot. A prelaunch survey aimed for a 20% reduction in locating and understanding relevant case studies; actual metrics reached 98% and 55% reductions, respectively—far exceeding targets.
