As an engineering graduate, I explored the supply chain consulting world and learned about inventory management, logistics, strategy and operations, leadership, data analytics, SQL, among other things. This experience sparked my interest in business development and opened doors to develop exciting new business ideas alongside great people.I joined Biome as a project manager; the change came with increased responsibilities and the need to expand my soft skills to manage a multidisciplinary team scattered worldwide. The fascinating world of e-health and wellness introduced me to using machine learning tools to empower people by providing key insights into their health.In parallel, I ran a tour operator company while discovering the beautiful Yucatan peninsula in the south of Mexico.After moving to Vancouver in 2018, I started working in the tech industry as a bilingual account manager to further develop my communication and negotiation skills.My continuous desire to collaborate in innovative projects that empower people with insights and digital tools led me to complete a data science diploma in October.I would love to start a conversation about innovation in machine learning, the microbiome, or your next vacation to the Yucatan peninsula.
