I lead the development of REDF\'s lending strategy, identify partnership opportunities, and oversee the functions of business development, loan originations, and portfolio risk management. REDF Impact Investing Fund (RIIF), a 501(c)(3) community development financial institution (CDFI), invests exclusively in social enterprises that employ people overcoming barriers to work, and is demonstrating a model for how flexible loan terms combined with technical assistance can increase borrower creditworthiness and attract new sources of capital.
