I started my career conducting research in child and youth mental health and was motivated by the opportunity to work in a field, like healthcare, where the work I do could improve people’s lives. I wanted to understand more about how health systems work and the challenges they face so I pursued a Master in Health Administration. I joined KPMG because of the team and their passion for the work they do - it was the only firm that spoke about the patient first, and the work second. I am grateful that I have had the opportunity to work with many different clients in the healthcare and government sector on exciting projects that improve the lives of individual citizens. I\'m curious about what it takes to help individuals and teams do their best work and care about building supportive and productive environments.
