As a People Ops Manager, I oversee administrative and Compensation & Benefits matters for Zenchef\'s France & Portugal territories, supporting approximately 140 employees.Serving as the primary point of contact among employees, managers, and the P&C team, I play a pivotal role in addressing day-to-day inquiries.I also proactively develop and implement initiatives fostering a positive and inclusive employee experience, ensuring alignment with Zenchef\'s values and promoting employee engagement.Key missionsLocal- Prepare and drive all of our monthly payroll cycle in France & Portugal- Carry out all HR administrative tasks like drafting employment agreements, administrative vacation days, addendums, sick leave, etc. and ensure the compliance- Create and update all legal documentation regarding Onboarding and Offboarding.Global- Develop and maintain a well-structured administrative flow and system- Implement Q&A and documentation in Notion to aid employee understanding of People & Culture processes and our Compensation & Benefits policy- Manage HR tools like BambooHR or Siit (ticketing system) and train employees on their usage- Act as the primary point of contact for all employees within your scope, addressing People & Culture requests via our ticketing system or any other communication channel- Manage relationships with external providers on all matters related to payroll, compensation & benefits, and staff administration- Utilize a data-oriented approach to create and maintain People dashboards and reporting- Ensure legal compliance and provide strategic advice to the People Director to align People & Culture initiatives with company goals while mitigating legal risks- Collaborate with the entire People team on the yearly roadmap, ensuring value is delivered to our employees.
