About Emilie Tole

I am an organized, task oriented planner that enjoys working in a team based environment. I have more than eight years of experience working in retail and volunteer settings where I was entrusted to train new employees, assist with event planning, and delegate tasks. Most of my work experience is in customer service where I have been groomed to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and to develop endurance and problem solving abilities with difficult and unexpected situations. I consistently seek new challenges in order to better myself both personally and professionally by being an independent thinker and taking action to change or improve circumstances. I strive for excellence as well as efficiency, but it is also important for me to help provide an enjoyable and positive work environment by being the morale booster and ultimate encourager for my teammates. My theater background has taught me to dissect characters by filtering down their story in order to figure out how they can develop. I have been able to transfer this skill to my daily life by being able to understand personalities that are different from mine, and having compassion and patience for behavior that may be at first confusing.
