Traveling extensively as a child, I fell in love with the magic of discovering new cultures and seeing the world through different lenses. Each journey sparked my curiosity and deepened my appreciation for the beauty of diversity, connection, and shared experiences. These moments shaped my vision for a career where I could bring people together, create meaningful experiences, and celebrate the richness of our global community. Hospitality, with its unique blend of human connection, data analysis, and business strategy, became the perfect canvas for this passion.Pursuing a Master\'s degree in Hospitality Management (IMHI) at ESSEC Business School is my way of turning this vision into reality. Through my studies, I am diving into the strategic and operational aspects of the industry—learning how to craft innovative solutions, optimize performance, and drive growth. But it’s not just about the theory; it’s about applying it. My hands-on experiences, from managing reservations and front desk operations to consulting and revenue management, have allowed me to embrace the day-to-day heartbeat of hospitality.Now, as a Junior Revenue Manager at DoYield, I’m at the intersection of data and human connection—analyzing performance, fine-tuning systems, and collaborating with teams to optimize revenue and elevate guest experiences.
