Be the expert and referent on all international mobility topics for the Generali Care Hub (including Europ Assistance Group and Generali Employee Benefits) in consistency with Generali Group rules and the local legislations.o Handle the international mobilities across the Group regardless the scheme: Advise and support internal clients in the application of International Mobility policies,Preparation and review of the packages (expatriations, international permanent transfers, short terms assignment, commuters, and hybrid assignments etc.) and contractual documents Meetings with the future assignees to present them package and contract.Coordination with the providers before departure (visa or immigration process, logistic organization (removal, relocation support etc.), tax)- Application of the policy linked to the social coverage & tax policy. Follow-up and support assignees before/during/after their assignments. International roles across the Generali Care Hub Organization (multi countries roles): support the HR across the EA entities and pro-actively escalating critical cases and issues timely.o Designing the most suitable solution considering: The Generali Group Rules, The cost and tax issues The immigration and local laws The implementation capacity (payroll, income tax ….) The risks and possible mitigation…o Being able to negotiate/align the stakeholders: Generali Group Head Office, EY, the lawyers, the tax officers, the local HRDs. o Formalizing the proper and suitable documentation (agreements, SLA, etc.)o Ensure the proper definition of financial flows and the costs monitoring:Reinvoicing, reallocation of the costs etc.Costs follow up and forecasts.
