I\'m back in product development after 9 years in the transformation of the development and packaging community at L’Oréal.At L\'Oréal, we are significantly accelerating our packaging innovation momentum by strategically combining creativity and technical expertise. The key challenges lie in boosting our capacity to innovate, serving our consumers and brands, and delivering \"Relevant, Creative, Robust, Profitable, and Fast Packaging Innovations\"\"at cost, at speed, and at scale.\"To further integrate profitability and speed on our innovation, the Development for Innovation team has been created. The purpose is to accelerate the transformation of Science & Packaging Innovation through a relevant & reliable offer by• Steering & prioritizing Science & packaging projects • Capturing & bridging brand need-gaps • Leveraging worldclass partnerships and boosting best in class solutions • Steering up strategic roadmaps & influencing extended eco-system This is my new journey with a strong, talented and empowered team.

During my almost 24 years at L\'Oréal I was able to navigate through different universes : Quality, Innovative Process, Product development, Decoration Development and Transformation Programs. All these positions have enabled me to develop my leadership skills and my ability to improve the efficiency of our organizations by making each person more engaged and proud of their achievements.
