I lead a transformative culture enhancement technology and consulting firm called nuwave Equity Corporation. We have been able to scale our innovative approach across local, national, international and industry wide initiatives. Our approach drives measurable impact for organizations, educational institutions, associations, and anywhere else with a desire for real change.Previously, at Cox Automotive Canada, I managed P&L for multiple product lines from SEO, to Advertising, to Content Design and Social Media. Oversaw a team of 19 employees, responsible for workflows, team structure and development as well as product idealization and execution. Also tasked with establishing clear communication channels across Canada and the US, developing and implementing operational processes, sharing best practices to streamline coordination sales and operations and to ensure client satisfaction. All while increasing product knowledge of our team ensuring consistency in knowledge and client communication. Was grateful to take home a President\'s Club Award for Regional Leader.My prior roles found me at Dealer.com in Burlington VT where I held various positions as a Business Development Manager, Digital Sales Consultant and Advertising Sales Consultant. In 2018 I was grateful to take home Sales Person of the Year as well as a selection to President\'s Club.When I\'m not busy flying around the country having conversations, I like to spend my time with family and friends, boxing, playing basketball, or anything else that gets the competitive juices flowing.
