ABOUT EMILIANO VENTURA
I love working with big teams in high volume sites to promote excellence in customer service and get teams enjoying the great industry of hospitality. Creating memorable experiences not only for guests but more importantly our teams has always been a priority for me. I started working with my dad at 6 years old when he opened his first Mexican restaurant in Edinburgh called Garibaldis. In secondary school and sixth form, I set up various different street food stalls selling Mexican food, mainly in Portobello Market on the weekends. In 2012 I fell in love with Wahaca for 10 years and worked my way up to their flagship site in Southbank where I was GM for 3 years. Currently At Caravan Restaurants in Kings Cross and loving their No Boundaries, Well travelled Concept.
